We are currently experiencing issues with our QC on the Vitek 2. Specifically, sensitivities. We recently switched to n-808 and xn-32 gram negative cards. Is anyone else having this issue? We have gone through several troubleshooting processes both with the manufacturer and just brainstorming in the lab. Any help would be appreciated.
There was an urgent Field Safety notice issued for this on Jan 14, 2026.
We have seen the Field Safety Notice, we are having more than just the 5 antibiotics that are on the notice. This is happening over many more than that.
