We are in need of a person who can teach our MLT 83: Clinical chemistry course which takes place T/Th 2-4:50pm. In person. Lecture and/or lab. So 3-6 credits. FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Department of Biological Sciences at Bronx Community College is seeking a lecturer for the Medical Laboratory Technician courses including Introduction to Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical chemistry, Clinical Hematology, Clinical and Diagnostic Microbiology.
Day, evening, and weekend teaching may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science or higher, N.Y.S. Clinical Laboratory Technologist license AND/OR current American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification at the MLS or MT level, a minimum of 2 years' direct experience in the field, and the ability to teach successfully.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
