    I recommend you check the ASCP website for a Chapter (ASCP / CLMA) in your region and join.  This will provide you with community and connections to laboratory professionals and job opportunities.  All the best.

    I suggest looking for internship opportunities to build recent experience, entry-level jobs in the lab, or consider volunteering.

    you will quickly catch up given that you have prior experience.
