    Hello Natalie,
What do you think ASCP prepares a certification examination for Digital Pathology (DP) as the coming practice will mainly be on it. I am talking you based on the activities of Anatomical Pathology practice.

    Yours sincerely,

    Dear Natalie Sherry,
Thank you very much indeed for your understanding and will be able to arrange for the conversation. We may have a fruitful discussion concerning the high demand of ASCP in Africa and how to manage this demand  to be influential in the continent as we are an evidence of it.

    Yours sincerely,

    Dear Giorgis,

Thanks for reaching out to us. The ASCP Board of Certification does not offer a credential that is specific Digital Pathology. However, recognizing the growing importance and integration of DP in Anatomical Pathology practice, ASCP has included relevant components of Digital Pathology in some of its certificate programs. These programs are designed to enhance understanding and skills in various facets of pathology, including aspects of DP.

To explore these options and gain more insights into how these programs can complement your professional development in DP, I invite you to visit the ASCP website for detailed information: ASCP Certificate Programs.

    Warm regards,

    Hello Joseph Baker,
How are you doing? Thank you for your message through this forum. I am taking the DP course  with the National Society of Histotechnologists (NSH). My concern with the launching of DP as a certification is that it is a future specialty in Histotechnologists or Histotecchnicians. Therefore; ASCP should consider the high importance or demand of it in African countries so as to emphasize the future pathology and collaboration.

    Yours sincerely,
    Giorgis Yeabyo (ASCP, HTL, CPHQ)

    Dear Giorgis,

Your perspective on the importance and demand of Digital Pathology (DP) certification, especially in the context of African countries, is indeed valuable. I will ensure that your thoughts and suggestions are communicated to the international teams of the ASCP and BOC. Your contribution towards emphasizing the future of pathology and collaboration is greatly appreciated!

    Best regards,
