    Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to inform you that I have recently published a paper in the Nature Scientific Data journal titled "1 Million Segmented Red Blood Cells With 240 K Classified in 9 Shapes and 47 K Patches of 25 Manual Blood Smears".  Please see on this link:  https://www.nature.com/articles/s41597-024-03570-z#Bib1

I would like to discuss the possibility of collaborating with you on the next step of this research, which involves evaluating automated RBC analysis using deep learning. I suggest designing a study similar to the one described here https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7443518/

My team and I have a substantial amount of data sufficient for automating both RBC and WBC analysis, along with the capability to develop the necessary software. However, having independent evaluators from your side would enhance the scientific recognition and reliability of the study, mitigating any potential conflicts of interest.

I look forward to your thoughts on this potential collaboration.

    Best regards,
    Ahmed

    Hello Ahmed Elsafty,
Amazing study paper and timely. Please if you want to conduct your study for further details in geographical inclusion, I am ready to help you in East Africa as genes may affect and make sure of the genetic difference and to introduce digital pathology (DP) in Africa. I am studying the implementation of DP in Ethiopia, East Africa. Your research is vital for the upcoming study.

    Keep up the good effort!!
    GOOD LUCK!!

    yours sincerely,
    George

    Hello George,

    Thanks for your reply,

Could you provide detailed information about the pathology digital scanners or microscopic cameras available at your facilities, as well as the availability of blood smears for various RBC morphologies?

    Please contact me at aelnady777@hotmali.com

    Thanks very much,

    Ahmed,
