    Related to staffing and recruitment, I read this post yesterday on LinkedIn regarding the H1-B visa program for foreign workers the new fees, and the impact this will have on laboratory staffing, especially in hard-to-recruit regions.

    To clarify 

    The recruiter podcast offered was on transitioning Medical Laboratory Science students to colleagues.  

    Regarding international visas presented - the last decade noted particular restrictions which complicated international board-certified applicants for years. 

    Purpose on these recent podcasts on LinkedIn and YouTube is to focus on importance of value of behind the scenes Laboratory and importance of qualified board-certified medical laboratory professionals for patient care
