    Recently had appeared on ADLM panel with renowned Dr Wu to attract young high school students to the field of Medical Laboratory Science 

    And here is the interesting article co-authored recently published by CAP Today on the gross misrepresentation of the laboratory in TV and Movies !

    Thank you to colleagues on media platforms who follow these shows and comment on how Hollywood just keeps getting it ALL wrong!

    Dr Wu is trying to change all that with a show dedicated to the medical laboratory professionals!!!

    YOU too can advocate on social media platforms and enlighten directors and producers and writers and actors to the value of Laboratory and Medical Laboratory Professionals.!

    Thank you so much for sharing this article regarding the depiction of the laboratory.  Semi-accurate and more often misleading to the public/viewer regarding the important service that the laboratory provides.  
    Part of the laboratory recognition by the medical professionals and providers is that the laboratory always provides results for what ever tests are ordered.  And the providers use the laboratory results to guide them in the care of their patients.  A parallel can be compared to  the order that you make at McDonalds.  99% of the time there are no complaints and customers are happy.  And McDonalds is always available (when open), same flavor at any MickyD's that you go to.   
    It is very difficult to highlight what the laboratory provides for everyone's healthcare.
