ASCP has launched the Lab Advocacy in Action initiative focused on providing support to individuals implementing tools from the ASCP Negotiation & Advocacy Toolbox in their own laboratory advocacy efforts.
A virtual office hours program will start on June 14th. Aaron Odegard, Ihab Abumuhor and I will be available to share tips and help participants identify and use tools in the toolbox to advocate for resources like capital funds, project support, and additional staffing in their organization.
