There is a new study about the relationship between laboratory errors and hospital finances that could help hospital administrators, laboratory managers and directors better understand and mitigate the financial impact of laboratory errors in healthcare settings. You are invited to describe your share your views in an anonymous survey that takes 10 minutes.

Volunteers must meet these requirements:

·       Hospital Laboratory

·       Laboratory Manager or Director

·       Laboratory location in the Midwest region of the Unites States
