Quality Analytics Consultant
The Quality Analytics Consultant abstracts, analyzes, interprets and presents data to identify opportunities and support project goals and evaluates performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory activities. Assists with adherence to The Joint Commission, AABB, FDA, CLIA and other regulatory agency compliance regulations/standards. Facilitates performance improvement activities of the system, medical staff, and operating unit and coordinates teams through changes in process and culture.
Donor Operations Trainer
The Donor Operations Trainer interfaces with the School of Medical Technology to provide knowledge and training at Inova Health System Blood Donor Services. Assists with training documentation, provides new team member orientation and training to ensure knowledge of section, Inova and their position. Provides training to new Donor Specialists on Whole Blood Phlebotomy and drivers on requirements for handling blood units post-donation.
