    Greetings, Laboratory Professional Community! 


    I am John Ekpe, a doctoral candidate at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. I am conducting dissertation research on the relationship between knowledge management process capabilities and impacts on organizational performance, particularly in the context of successful medical laboratory inspection and accreditation. I am looking for U.S.-based medical laboratory professional volunteers to take an anonymous survey that should take 10-15 minutes to complete. 

    Your opinions will be invaluable in understanding the relationship between knowledge management process capabilities and a laboratory medicine firm's organizational performance in a regulatory inspection and accreditation.
