    Greetings! Laboratory Professional,

    Please ignore if you have already completed the survey. I am conducting dissertation research on the relationship between knowledge management process capabilities and impacts on organizational performance in laboratory medicine organizations. I am seeking U.S.-based medical laboratory professional volunteers to participate in a 10-15-minute anonymous survey. 

    Your opinions will help in understanding the relationship between knowledge management process capabilities and laboratory medicine firms' organizational performance in regulatory inspections and accreditations. I still need more participants to meet the target size.
