    Hi everyone,

    I'm looking to gather some insights from fellow lab professionals regarding interfacing solutions for proficiency testing. We're evaluating options to streamline our PT workflows and reduce manual data entry, and I'd love to hear what others are using.

    Specifically:

    • Which interfacing program or method are you using (e.g., CAP PT Connect, API portal, COLA PT Express, middleware like Orchard/Data Innovations, or custom LIS integration)?
    • What do you like about it?
    • What are the pain points or limitations?
    • Any thoughts on cost vs. value?

    We're hoping to find something that integrates well with our LIS (Epic Beaker) and supports multiple PT providers if possible. Any feedback-positive or negative-would be incredibly helpful.
