Laboratory Professionals Member Community

You are invited to participate in a research study about well-being of medical laboratory professionals in the U.S. We are looking for all testing and management personnel including medical laboratory scientist/technologist or technician, phlebotomist/phlebotomy technician, histotechnologist or technician, cytotechnologist/cytotechnician, cytogenetics technologist, specimen processor, pathologist, pathologists' assistant, anatomic pathology technician, and doctors of clinical laboratory science.

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Worker Well-Being Questionnaire - NIOSH WellBQ- is a survey that gathers data about aspects of people's job, workplace, health, and life outside of work. This survey is intended as a tool for individual organizations to measure well-being, but we are hoping to establish a national benchmark by recruiting laboratory workers across the nation.
