    I am a newly registered member of ASCP from Nigeria still registering with TruMerit formerly CGFNS in Philadelphia. Documents requested by TruMerit on my behalf from ASCP have not been responded to by ASCP for long time now and it is difficult to speak with ASCP customer care service due to long time awaiting in cheque that exhausts international call credit. Is there any other way I can reach ASCP department responsible for responding to external requests?Thanks 

    Note: CGFNS is Comission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (responsible for recruiting other foreign professionals including Clinical laboratory Scientists).

    Good day. For anyone in Nigeria who wants to contact ASCP, you can reach them through the following channels:

    1. Email: certification@ascp.org or ascp@ascp.org

    2. Phone: +1 312 541 4890 (international line).  They usually pick calls Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours (Central Time).

    3. Website: www.ascp.org/contact-us

    4. You may also contact them via their official LinkedIn or Facebook pages.

    They usually respond within a few business days, but if you need urgent assistance, it's best to call them directly. They are very responsive and always willing to help.

    Hello Bartholomew, I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with ASCP International. Please know that there are alternative ways to reach them that may be more convenient and accommodating for you.

    You can first try email which is the most reliable for document requests(info@ascp.org), live Chat (during U.S. business hours) available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST, and the online contact form. Since your case involves TruMerit/CGFNS and external document requests, you may need the Board of Certification department. I hope these tips help and that you're able to get your issue sorted out quickly.
