    Good Morning. We are working up the validation and procedure for the use of DTT to removal DARA. Judds Meethods and AABB suggest to wash the treated cells with PBS pH 7.3. Our sister facility only use isotonic Blood Bank saline. Are there any thoughts? What do other facilities do? Is this a necessity. Does it help control hemolysis?
