Greetings! Laboratory Professionals,

I hope that you're doing well. My name is John Ekpe, and I am a doctoral candidate at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. I am seeking US-based medical laboratory professional volunteers to participate in a 10-15-minute anonymous dissertation survey. My research focuses on the impact of the knowledge management process on laboratory medicine organizational performance linked to regulatory inspection.

Your opinions will help in understanding the relationship between knowledge management process capabilities and laboratory medicine firms' organizational performance in regulatory inspections and accreditations. I still need more participants to meet the target size.
