Hello Everyone,
The ASCP West Virginia Chapter Board has updated the Chapter By-Laws. Per the By-Laws, this must be provided to the membership 30 days prior to the membership meeting where the vote to approve the By-Laws amendments/updates will be held. Votes for approval will be counted by those members voting in person at the Annual Business Meeting on October 15th, 2024 at Stonewall Resort.
Please review the attached updated By-Laws and notify a board member or respond to this notification with any questions. Also attached are the current By-Laws for reference.
The change to the By-Laws are as follows:
- Article III, Section 1A - reference included in this section previously referenced Article III, Section 3B. There is no Article III, Section 3B. This has been updated to reference Article III, Section 3A
- Article III, Section 3A - added reference to Article VI, Section 2. Did not previously exist.
